Functional Rehab

Functional rehab is an extension of the traditional elements of of physical therapy.  For the athlete, the purpose is to return them to the complex movements required for athletics.  For the non-athlete, improving ability to accomplish every-day tasks is the goal.

Functional rehab incorporates agility and proprioceptive training, as well as strength and flexibility.  The goal of functional therapy is maximize function in every patient.
